5.3.5) ERB Employer Merit Award
Urban Group received the Employer Merit Award in the 1st Manpower Development Scheme Award Presentation of the Employees Retraining Board (ERB). The award aims to recognize employers who actively support and participate in the ERB Manpower Development Scheme and have developed a good working relationship with various organizations to provide training opportunities for ERB's service targets.
Urban Group has been working closely with ERB since 1999. The Group has jointly organized various courses on property management and security services with ERB and employed a large number of the graduated retrainees. We were awarded the "Employers God Star Award - Platinum Award" in 2003 and received the "Employers Gold Star Award" in 2004, showing our contributions to Hong Kong's manpower development.
