Sereno Verde at Yuen Long, which is managed under Urban Group, received the GOLD AWARD in Best Landscape Award for Private Property Developments 2014 - Large Scale Residential Property (Properties between 11 and 20 years of age). Urban Group has been devoting great efforts in beautifying the surroundings and greening the environment throughout the years.
Sereno Verde is one of the largest private residential properties in Yuen Long, which comprises 10,000 square meters of landscaping area under a site coverage of greenery at 28%.
