5.4.3)Leading Caring Estate
We encourage our staff members and customers to participate in various voluntary services organized by Social Welfare Department (SWD). We have been supporting the Caring for Our Community Campaign since 2005 to mobilize our customers in the 347 properties under our service to form their own volunteer teams to serve the community.
The Leading Caring Estate Certificate was awarded to volunteer teams formed by residents of various properties who had accumulated substantial volunteer service hours over the past 12 months to recognize their services to the community.
