5.3.8) Security Services Best Training
Urban Property Management Limited and International Property Management Limited under Urban Group respectively received the Award of Gold for three consecutive years since 2010 and Award of Sliver for Type 1 Licensed Security Companies in the Security Services Best Training Awards which were jointly organized by the Vocational Training Council and the Crime Prevention Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force, recognizing Urban's outstanding achievements in providing quality training to their security personnel.
These awards reflected our efforts in the training of our security personnel. We always emphasize on the training of our frontline security staff to ensure that they can fully grasp the professional skills in providing security services to our customers and assisting the Police to fight crimes.
