5.3.5) ERB Outstanding Employer Award (2011-2020)

Since 2011, Urban Group had been awarded in the "ERB Manpower Development Scheme" from the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) for 12 consecutive years, in recognition of the Group's outstanding contributions and continuous endeavours to the Scheme. In 2020, there is a total of 40 corporations received the employer award amid their active contributions, including offering employment opportunities to the ERB graduate trainees, providing on-the-job training and promotion opportunities to the candidates recruited, assisting in the promotion of ERB courses and services, demonstrating corporate social responsibilities in giving hands to social groups with special needs to secure employment etc.
