Hong Kong Quality Circle Award
Urban Group was awarded the "2003 Hong Kong Quality Circle Award - (Servicing Sector) Bronze Award" organized by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) and the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), in recognition of our achievements in the launching the Urban Premier Management Model™ - The 21st Century Integrated Total Quality Management (TQM) Approach in 2002.

Outstanding Sanitation and Quality Building Management Awards
The Quality Building Management and Cleaning Awards organized by the respective District Councils are aiming to recognize the Best Managed and Cleaning Buildings in various districts so as to enhance the building management standard as well as to promote the message of keeping the cleanliness of buildings in Hong Kong. Properties managed by Urban Group had achieved good results in these competitions over the years demonstrating its outstanding property asset and facility management services and its achievements in implementing Total Quality Management.
