Hong Kong Enegry Efficiency Awards
Managed by Urban Group, City One Shatin and Grand Millennium Plaza in Sheung Wan received the Bronze Award and Merit Award of the “2006 Hong Kong Energy Efficiency Awards” (Commercial and Residential Category) by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department respectively, reflecting the effort and commitment to energy saving and sustainable development of the Group.
Green Property Management Award
Managed by Urban Group, Un Chau Estate won the "Green Property Management Award" presented by he Hong Kong Housing Authority in 2004 for its outstanding performance in environmental care.
Best Landscape Award
In 2004, Belair Monte under Urban Group received the "Best Landscape Award - Silver Award" presented by Leisure and Culture Services Department, for recognizing its excellent achievement in creating an environmental care lifestyle for customers.
Gold Wastewi$e Certification
City One Shatin, Park Vale, Aldrich Garden, Riviera Gardens, Rhythm Garden, Sereno Verde, Harbour Heights and Urban Group's Head Office were awarded the "Gold Wastewi$e Logo" whereas Riviera Gardens and Harbour Heights received the "Wastewi$e Logo" under the Wastewi$e Scheme jointly organized by the Environmental Campaign Committee, the Hong Kong Productivity Council and the Environmental Protection Department, recognizing the premier environmental management policy of the Group.
