5.3.3) Employers Gold Star Award
Following the achievement of the "Best Employer in Asia - Hong Kong Award" in 2003, Urban Group was awarded the Platinum Award and Gold Award in the Employers Gold Star Award in 2003 and 2004 respectively, presented by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB). We have been working closely with ERB since 1999. Over the years, we have been co-organizing various retraining programmes in property management and security services with ERB and have been continuously recruiting retrainees through the Board. Having received the Employers Gold Star Award in 2 consecutive years, this reflects our endeavours in contributing to the Hong Kong economy as well as our commitment to the corporate social responsibility in solving the unemployment problem of the territory.
