Urban Group received the "2004 Best Practice Awards in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)" from the Best Practice Management Magazine, after the outstanding achievement in obtaining the "2003 Best Practice Awards in Innovation", reflecting our excellent performance in launching innovative services and building up good customer relationship.
Over the years, Urban Group has been actively participating in the "Best Practice Awards" to benchmark the best practices of outstanding enterprises in Hong Kong.
