Urban was awarded as "Hong Kong's "Best Property Management Agent (PMA)" by the Hong Kong Housing Authority in 1994-95, 1998-99, 2000-01 and 2003 respectively of our outstanding management services to the Home Ownership Scheme projects developed by the Authority.
