Executive DirectorMr. Bevis Leung has been the Executive Director of Urban Group since January 2010. The roles of Mr Leung in Urban are to lead and supervise teams of property asset and facility management professionals to take care of a management portfolio for the company and to oversee the corporate services and communications functions including human capital management, training, administration and supply chain as well as marketing and communications services for Urban Group.
Mr Leung joined Urban Group in 1994 as Group Community and Public Relations Manager. He was promoted to Senior Group Manager - Marketing Services in 2003 and to Executive Director in January 2010. He holds a Diploma of Arts in Journalism majored in Public Relations and Advertising, a Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communications, a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate and Land Administration. Currently, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and a Chartered Marketer.
Mr Leung has over 20 years of extensive experiences in the real estate development and asset management, property and facility management, marketing and communications as well as related commercial management fields. Prior to his engagement with Urban Group, he has served various leading property developers and investors in Hong Kong including Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited and the Cheung Kong Group.
